Our Mentors...
Passion, Experience, and Inspiration
At the heart of every great artist lies an inspiring mentor - a guide who ignites passion, nurtures talent, and shapes a future filled with possibility. Our mentors are more than teachers, more than instructors; they are visionaries, musicians, and lifelong learners who dedicate their hearts to empowering the next generation.
With decades of experience, international backgrounds, and a profound love for music and education, we go beyond technical skills. We cultivate creativity, confidence, and perseverance, ensuring that each student discovers their own voice - whether through the keys of a piano, the strings of a violin, or the harmonies of an orchestra.
More than instructors, we are mentors - helping students grow, shaping them not just as musicians, but as individuals who will carry the transformative power of music into their lives and beyond. Our own journeys, filled with challenges, triumphs, and relentless pursuit of excellence, have shaped us into the leaders we are today. And now, we are here to do the same for you and your child.
Music is more than notes - it's a story waiting to be told. Let us help you write yours.
Together, we’re on a mission to bring this incredible talent to the UAE, aiming to make the music scene here more vibrant and inspiring than ever.
Alongside Nina, I’m thrilled to collaborate with another one of my lifelong friends Andrei Racu whom I have known for nearly 26 years.
Andrei is a distinguished pianist and conductor whose remarkable career has taken him to prestigious stages around the world. Notably, he has performed at the Bösendorfer Salon of the Musikverein in Vienna, a testament to his extraordinary talent and artistry. He has also captivated audiences as a soloist in countries such as Spain (where he made his debut in 1998), the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, Romania, Tunisia, and China, with an upcoming performance in Cuba this December.
Coming from a family of musicians, Andrei follows in the footsteps of his father and uncle, both of whom are conductors. His versatility shines as both a pianist and a conductor, leading ensembles ranging from string orchestras to grand vocal-symphonic productions with over 200 artists on stage.
Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director at the Dinu Lipatti National College of Arts, where he teaches orchestration, piano, and accompaniment. He is also a soloist with the Musical Theater Ambassadors and collaborates with orchestras both in Romania and internationally. His latest solo performance featured Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 at the prestigious Romanian Athenaeum.
Andrei's upcoming contribution to the UAE music scene is poised to elevate its artistic landscape, bringing with him a level of brilliance that truly sets him apart.

Andrei Racu
Pianist & Conductor
I come from a diverse background with experience in music education, business strategy, and sustainable investing. I've always had a passion for music and its power to connect and inspire people, which led me to teach piano and explore vocal branding. My time living abroad, particularly in the United States, shaped my approach to music education and business, giving me a global perspective. I also studied business strategy at Harvard Business School, where I developed a deep interest in sustainable investing and ethical business practices.
Business is about human beings and I am a good judge of character and I've always been good at people. What inspires them, what motivates them, and what incentivizes them!
I've always found that the harder I work the more luck I seem to have...
The secret to my succes has been in identifying talented individuals and harnessing their efforts but not without offering something of value in return. I think that is the key!
Balancing multiple roles requires discipline, time management, and a deep understanding of my priorities. I make sure to set clear goals for each of my ventures and allocate specific time blocks for different activities.
Quality is a top priority for me, so I surround myself with a supportive team and ensure I'm constantly learning and growing. Having a clear vision and passion for what I do helps me stay focused and mantain balance.
I was not always this confident...
My upbringing was a difficult one. From a young age, I was forced to study piano, even when I wanted to stop. I was emotionally blackmailed into continuing, making music feel like an obligation rather than a passion. Like any student, I had mentors who inspired me, but I also had teachers who failed me—teachers who saw authority as power instead of responsibility. I knew, even then, that I wanted to be different. I believed in something greater, in a way of teaching that uplifts rather than breaks.
It was only when I was no longer forced to play that I realized how much music had become a part of me. When it was no longer an obligation, but a choice, I felt its absence—I missed it, longed for it. That was when I truly understood that music was something I loved, not because I had to, but because it was a part of who I was. And when I became a teacher, that realization deepened. I discovered that my passion was not just for playing, but for teaching—for using music to reach others, to shape young hearts and minds, to be the mentor I once needed. I chose to continue, but not for the sake of music alone. I chose to continue so I could touch lives, so I could guide children who, like me, needed more than just a teacher. They needed someone who truly cared.
Today, that belief is my driving force. I am more than a teacher. I am human, and I care. My students are not just names in a lesson book; they are individuals with dreams, struggles, and stories. Whether they are three years old, like the youngest student I have ever taught, or fifty-six, like the oldest, each one deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. Learning has no age limit—it can be pursued at 90 just as passionately as at 9. My mission is not just to teach, but to inspire—to show my students that their potential is limitless, no matter when they begin their journey.
Because of my own childhood, because of the countless lessons I walked into with tears in my eyes, I know exactly what a student needs in order to thrive. They don’t need fear; they need trust. They don’t need to be crushed under expectations; they need to be lifted beyond them. A child—or any student—should want to come to lessons, not feel obligated. That is why I approach teaching differently. My students are not beneath me; we stand as equals. And if today they are my equals, tomorrow, they must surpass me. That is my ultimate goal—not just to teach, but to shape, to guide, to empower.
But I am not only a mentor. I am also a mother. I have three children—two daughters and a son—and I am a wife. I am not just a teacher or a businesswoman. I am a person who understands love, patience, and sacrifice. The tenderness I bring to my family, the warmth I offer my own children, is the same one that drives me to touch my students’ souls. I know what it means to nurture a child’s spirit, to guide them without breaking them. And I know that the connection between a mentor and a student must be more than professional—it must be human.
My own journey has shaped me in ways I never expected. At 30 years old, I discovered that I was adopted. It was a truth that reshaped my entire understanding of who I am—one that I am still processing. And I learned this not through quiet reflection, but in one of the darkest moments of my life—when I woke up from a coma. That revelation, combined with my childhood experiences, did not break me. It made me stronger. It made me fight harder. It made me more empathetic, more understanding, more aware of how fragile yet powerful we all are.
I teach not just because I love music, but because I love people. My students, no matter their age, learn more than just technique. They learn resilience, they learn to believe in themselves, they learn that they are capable of more than they ever imagined. And that is my legacy—not just the notes I play or the lessons I give, but the lives I touch.
Because in the end, education is not about knowledge alone. It is about shaping lives. And if I can play even the smallest role in helping my students grow—not just as musicians, but as people—then I know I have done my job.
